Will my original photograph, slide, or negative, be altered during restoration?

Absolutely not! We do nothing to your original image except scan it. Then all restoration work will be done with the scanned image.  Your original photo will be stored in a safe place to be return to you.

How do you restore or alter my photographs?

We use up-to-date photo editing software. With today's technology we are able make nearly any photo, even if it's in pieces, look as good or better than new. We can remove or add someone to a picture, change the background, and/or add special effects.

Why should I convert my home movie VCR tapes to DVD?

Over time with constant playing of your home movies they began to get faded and snowy, as well as being eaten by your machine. Quality DVDs can last for 100 years or longer if properly stored.  (Please note that we only transfer home movies and not commercially made or copyrighted films.)

What is the best way to get my photographic material to you?

We strongly suggest that you send your valuable memories via Priority Mail with a tracking number through the US postal service.  You can pick up free packing cartons in various sizes and ask for the tracking service to monitor where your package is during transit.  Your purchase and original material will be returned to you the same way.

How long does it take to process my order?

Depending on the type of services you have selected, the process will take about 14 days. (Large complex orders may possibly take longer.) We will be in contact with you throughout the process as we customize the material for your approval.

Our Guarantee  

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our work and we are unable to alter it to your satisfaction, we will refund the full cost of your order, minus shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the form they were paid to SnapShot Gardens, Inc and the ordered materials, prints, CDs, or DVDs must be returned within thirty days of purchase. 

Copyright Liability Agreement

It is the customers’ responsibility to assure compliance with copyright law. By signing the order form the customer states that they are authorized to use any and all photos, videos, films, or musical works, in the creation of the product created by SnapShot Gardens, Inc. SnapShot Gardens, Inc is not responsible for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by customers, and is not responsible for verifying copyright information. SnapShot Gardens, Inc cannot be held accountable for works submitted by its customers.

 

Liability Agreement

The submission of any image, video, or film to us for processing, printing, or any other handling constitutes an agreement by you that if such image, video, or film is damaged, lost or mishandled by our company, agents, or employees, even though due to the negligence or other fault of any of the foregoing, or if any damage is caused by any product or service provided hereunder, or if unauthorized access is gained or misuse of an image is made by any third party, our liability will be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by you to us. The foregoing will be the exclusive remedy for any such loss, damage or mishandling. Recovery for any special, incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded.

Our Privacy Policy

SnapShot Gardens, Inc guarantees it will not sell, rent, lease or disclose your contact information, with any third party organizations. Your information will be exclusively used by SnapShot Gardens, Inc for marketing and communications purposes only. We will never sell your information to a third party.
